Construction: Day 6-7

Yesterday we weren't home. It is are group classes and they don't get over till two and we didn't get home till three. By then the workers were almost done. The deconstruction work is over and they started the construction work. They framed Spencer's room a little bit and brought in shingles on a really big truck. The shingles had to be put in through the upstairs bathroom window with a crane, this saved the guys from having to carry them up our narrow stairs. I think that is all they did that day.

Today it rained again, most of the night too. We woke up to find the tarp they had used to cover the big hole, full of water. They hadn't planed to come at all today but mom called and they came to empty the tarp.
Mr. Schapp emptying the tarp into a large garbage can. It was much fuller than this, there was enough water in it to fill our claw foot bathtub. The water was freezing cold and they were going to give Samantha 15 bucks to stick her head in it. She past this opportunity up seeing that it was only eight o'clock in the morning (not how she wanted to start her day).
