I Love Spring

"Now that the winter's gone, the earth hath lost her snow-white robes; and now no more the frost candies the grass, or casts an icy cream upon the silver lake or crystal stream: but the warm sun thaws the benumbed earth, and makes it tender; gives a sacred birth to the dead swallow; wakes in hollow tree the drowsy cuckoo and the humble-bee. Now do a choir of chirping minstrels bring, in triumph to the world, the youthful spring..." -Thomas Carew ( The Spring)

Got It

My time may be wrong here but I want to say years or something close to it. So I will.
For years I have been trying to brake a hundred in bowling. I would get close, 95s, an occasional 98, but never one hundred. Well this week I achieved my goal by bowling a 104!!!
I'm one third of the way to bowling a perfect game!

A Idea for Ideas

My mother and I had an Idea, or as I like to call moments like these, epiphanies. Are epiphany in this case is ideas. We would sell our ideas to people who can't come up with their own. They could come to us to help with birthdays, weddings, home decorating, gardening, and everything else that needs an idea. And the best part of it is that we really don't have to do anything. We would not be call "planners", like "wedding planners", just idea givers not idea doers. We would not have the hassle of trying to get things done on time and or in the proper order. We give you the idea and our job is done. Isn't that a great idea! You bet it is, because that is what we do.

Ideas sold here.
Get you ideas here.

Proof

Spring it here! This is all the closer I could get to this wonderful little bird.

On the Way

This is what it looked like last week. I was going to post and say that I would rather be in Hawaii but it's too late for that now, because it no longer looks like this ( I still wouldn't mind going to Hawaii) . We have had eight days of sun in a row so I can't complain. The snow has begun to slowly recede, there is even a patch of grass in the yard. Today I believe that it is fifty degrees outside. And yesterday I saw a robin!!!!!!!!! But I took a picture of a ring neck pheasant instead. There were two walking a round on the road so I had to stop and turn around. The fallowing picture of the chicken has nothing to do with anything. I found it while looking through some files and I wanted to share. Her name is Gwen, she is one of my favorites.

Spring is starting to show itself!
