My friend who has been living down in Virginia came up this week for several days. For us it is kind of a tradition that every time we see each other we need to bake something. So we made an apple pie. It was a success, unlike some of our previous culinary endeavors (the fortune cookie incident). The pie tasted wonderful!
I also went shopping this week and bought a pair of bright yellow pants.
