Kingdom Bound

Kingdom Bound it the best thing in the world! We went (we being Spencer and I, and our friends Tim, Peter, Ben and Kayliegh.) early in the morning so we could spend all day there. Our day started with Relevant Worship. We only heard several of their songs, because they were finishing up when we got there. They weren't bad. The one guy had huge hair and looked like a wookie.
Hearts of Saints- they were rather good. The singer was completely crazy, he was all over the stage with flailing motions. I was amazed that he could sing while dancing like that. However they were the happiest band I have ever seen. The base player was awesome.

Then we walked around the park to try and find the other stages. So basically we walked in circles and got lost. Then we found a map.

There are alot of weird people in the world. Like the two guys in monkey costumes.Fireflight- is amazing. I really can't say anything more, other than they are amazing and I love them.

They (they being someone I don't know) had set up a mini skate/bike park thing and were doing a demonstration of whatever it is that they do. Which really wasn't a whole lot. But there was this guy on a bike doing very cool tricks.

Skillet- has changed my life. And yes they did name their band after a frying pan, it was the '90s.This was by far the best concert I have ever been to. They set things on fire, And blow stuff up. Because I am me we were able to get seats so close to the stage that when the pillars of flame shot up we could feel a wave of heat sweep over us. You could tell that it was even hotter on stage, you could see the sweat running down the guys guitars. Spencer thought that it was raining. As John Cooper( the singer) said " All I want to do is blow stuff up and set things on fire for Jesus, is there anything wrong with that?" Well John, no there is nothing wrong with that. After the first song Pete leaned over to Spencer and said that just that song was worth every penny spent. At a place like this it is very easy to spend pennies. There is something amazing about screaming as loud as you can without being able to hear yourself. Spencer lost his voice. And we all lost our hearing for awhile. It was a very good day.

Bunny Update

They got bigger.

And cuter.

And fuzzier.

We are getting rid of nine of them and keeping two. The little white one is Alice and she is my favorite, we're keeping her.

Foster Care

I suppose that I should have mentioned this sooner, like several months ago. My parents are foster parents now. They took classes for ten weeks about how its done and what to do in different situations. And now we have little kids at our house all the time. We started with a five month old boy and his five year old sister. We had them for a little over a month. They went back to their mom and three days later we had two more. These ones are harder. There is a little one year old girl and her brother who is two. The little boy, Kadyn ( apparently in foster care you have to have a odd name that is usually spelled wrong) talks all the time and you can't understand a word he is saying. He's crazy (running and screaming) and says "hi, how you doing" every five minutes. Elizabeth is very cute, she's just learning to walk and is so proud of her self for doing so. And right now she is crying because she is tired but she cries even louder when she is put in bed. She usually goes right to sleep. They have visits with their mom three days a week so that gives us a nice break. However, they don't nap well on the days they are gone so they are always crabby when the transporter drops them off. But they don't want to go to bed, we have a theory about caffeine.

New Car!!

I bought my first car yesterday. The whole buying a car thing is longer than I think it should be. You should pay and leave, but they make you sign every form under the sun and then some. I even had to sign a paper that said my car wasn't a limo, it was silly. Now I have no money, not really but I have alot less. Spending money is hard. It made me ill. But I am fine now.
Its a vibe and you can't see in the picture but it has a sunroof! I love it! And its BLUE!!

A Good One

I have a good post... in my head. I need the time to write it and upload the pictures. But I have no time right now. Maybe tomorrow. Just know that its coming.

Baby Bunnies

The bunnies have grown so fast, one day they were blind and naked and the next day they have hair and their eyes are open. And they hop... a lot. I accidentally dropped one because I thought it was asleep and then it launched itself right out of my hands. It got stuck in my wheel and it took us a few moments to get him out, thankfully he was completely uninjured.
I still can't get over their cute little ears.

This is Alice. We had to name them because that's just what we do. There is Templeton, Genna, Spartacus, Fievel, Basile and the last two aren't named yet. Any ideas (we don't know which ones are girls or boy yet so any name will work)?
